When you’re not sure what to ask
You can ask us the obvious questions.
The livestream drops out and nobody knows whether it’s the camera, the encoder, or the internet. You’re paying for three things that overlap. A donated mixer has been in a closet for two years. A vendor quoted eleven thousand dollars and you can’t judge whether that’s reasonable.
Churches feel silly asking these questions, assuming everyone else already knows. Nobody does.
We don’t sell equipment or take commissions, so we never benefit from telling you to buy something. Often the answer is to use what you have differently.
No equipment sales. No commissions. Just honest answers.
What churches bring us
If it plugs in, bring it to us.
Live-Streaming Issues
We trace it end to end, find the actual weak link, and give your volunteers a routine they can run without you.
Audio Issues
Feedback, dead mics, a stream where the music is loud and the sermon isn’t. Often a gain and routing problem, not gear.
Too Many Subscriptions
Send us your list. We’ll sort out what each one does and what overlaps. Many churches find something to cancel.
Volunteer Training
For the people running sound, slides, or the stream, so the job doesn’t depend on one person’s memory.
Ambiguous Quotes
Send it before you sign. We’ll tell you what’s necessary, what’s padding, and what to ask back.
Whatever Else You Need
If it runs on a screen or costs a monthly fee, ask. If it’s outside what we do, we’ll point you to someone who does.
How it’s usually scoped.
Most of this starts as one specific question and ends in a couple of hours. Some of it becomes a proper review: we walk the building, talk to your volunteers, and write up what we’d do in what order, with rough costs.
Either way you get a plan you can take to your leaders and hand to any vendor you like. Nothing in it requires us.
